My Wednesday was great! We actually spent the day helping out in a local low income daycare. My daughter and I went if you are wondering why I am saying "we".
They take volunteers in the afternoon on certain daysto help out with craft time and to give the teachers some much needed time for a break to help plan the curriculum and get other things done. We had so much fun with the kids.
I did take some time out of the "fun" to talk to the director about what other things that I could do. She had a list of supplies that they would love to get their hands on. I have another quest...to try to figure up a way to help her get some much needed supplies that are not in their budget. The wheels in my head are definitely turning!
